Most email marketing tools have reporting features such as:
Percent of people who opened your email
Percent of people who clicked the link in the email and viewed the offer
Percent of people who purchased that offer…..
Also you can see who actually opened email, clicked links, purchased that offer. So you can retarget them.
Or you can resend that offer who didn’t opened your email in 7 days.
Most marketing tools embed and unsubscribe link in your emails so they can opt out from your list.

Aweber: One of the oldest email delivery firm, has very high rate of email delivery to customers inbox (Most email marketing tools can not pass spam filter of email recipient)
GetResponse: It is not as good as
aweber in delivery success rate but it has additional tools like opt-in forms that you can embed in your web page so you can collect emails of customers.
